Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen management.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality.
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain discipline.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience as Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or beach club.
- Strong culinary skills, preferably in Spanish or seafood cuisine.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
