Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations.
- Develop high-end menus featuring Indonesian and Western cuisines.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes.
- Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and food costs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position (Executive Chef), preferably in a high-end or concept-driven kitchen.
- Based in Bali.
- Able to join as soon as possible is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with guests and team members.
- Experienced handle Indonesian and Western Cuisine.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and proactive; able to perform well under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a strong advantage.
