Position: Director of Culinary and Services
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary and F&B service operations.
- Develop culinary concepts and menus.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
- Manage budgets, costs, and inventory.
- Lead and mentor the culinary and service teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a senior culinary leadership role at 5-star hotels.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Experience in pre-opening is an advantage.
