Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Office department to ensure high standards of service.
- Oversee guest check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest issues.
- Train and develop Front Office staff.
- Monitor room inventory and maximize occupancy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Office Manager in a similar hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle pressure and make decisions effectively.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
