Position: Bar Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee bar operations and ensure service excellence.
- Manage beverage inventory and ordering.
- Create innovative cocktail menus and promotions.
- Train bartenders on mixology and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a bartender or bar supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverages.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Creative and customer-focused.
