Position: Bar Supervisor
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee bar operations and ensure service excellence.
  • Manage beverage inventory and ordering.
  • Create innovative cocktail menus and promotions.
  • Train bartenders on mixology and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a bartender or bar supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology and beverages.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Creative and customer-focused.
