Position: Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hot kitchen section and food preparation.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of hot dishes.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and inventory control.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong culinary skills in hot kitchen operations.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for cooking and creativity.
