Position: At Your Service
Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls and guest requests via phone.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Manage wake-up calls and messages.
  • Ensure timely response to all guest communications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a call center or guest service center role.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
  • Service-oriented attitude.
