Position: At Your Service
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls and guest requests via phone.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Manage wake-up calls and messages.
- Ensure timely response to all guest communications.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center or guest service center role.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
- Service-oriented attitude.
