Position: Executive Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations.
- Supervise food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Train and mentor culinary staff.
- Manage food cost and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Executive Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of kitchen management and HACCP.
- Passion for food excellence.
