Position: Junior Sous Chef/ Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and participate in food preparation.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Train junior chefs and maintain kitchen discipline.
- Monitor stock and reduce wastage.
Qualifications:
- Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef.
