Position: Junior Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef in kitchen management.
- Oversee daily food production and operations.
- Ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
- Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Sous Chef.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Qualifications:
- Degree / diploma in the related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at the same position.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Good Communications Skills.
- Experience in handling large scale Resort operation.
