Position: Junior Sous Chef
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in kitchen management.
  • Oversee daily food production and operations.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
  • Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Sous Chef.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Degree / diploma in the related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience at the same position.
  • Strong Leadership Skills.
  • Good Communications Skills.
  • Experience in handling large scale Resort operation.
