Position: Commis

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef De Partie in daily food preparation and kitchen organization.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of work stations and kitchen equipment at all times.
  • Ensure ingredients are stored properly to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
  • Support culinary delivery for various F&B outlets within the property.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols during every shift.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or culinary internship.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a luxury environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic English proficiency for operational communication.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of discipline.
  • Background in culinary arts or hospitality training.
