Position: Commis
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef De Partie in daily food preparation and kitchen organization.
- Maintain the cleanliness of work stations and kitchen equipment at all times.
- Ensure ingredients are stored properly to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Support culinary delivery for various F&B outlets within the property.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols during every shift.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or culinary internship.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a luxury environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic English proficiency for operational communication.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline.
- Background in culinary arts or hospitality training.
