Position: Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise food preparation during shifts
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and recipe testing
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure all ingredients meet quality standards
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide ongoing training
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with HACCAP standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
  • Strong technical skills in various cooking methods and techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented with a focus on plate presentation and consistency
  • Solid leadership skills and team player attitude
  • Good proficiency in English for operational communication
  • Professional culinary diploma or certificate
