Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort and act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during shifts.

- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operational flow and resolve any service disruptions immediately.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a senior Front Office role within a luxury lifestyle hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous service improvement.
