Position: F&B Director
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for all food and beverage outlets to maximize revenue and profitability
- Lead and mentor the F&B management team to ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards
- Oversee budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost control measures for the department
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design innovative menus and seasonal dining promotions
- Ensure strict compliance with all local food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Director or Assistant Director in a five star luxury resort
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a focus on revenue optimization
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities in a multicultural environment
- Thorough knowledge of international fine dining standards and wine pairings
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
- Ability to manage high volume operations and large scale banquet events
- Strong networking skills within the global hospitality and culinary community
