Position: Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel systems, including electrical and plumbing
- Respond quickly to guestroom maintenance requests to ensure comfort and safety
- Maintain and service HVAC units and kitchen equipment across the property
- Perform general building maintenance, including minor carpentry and painting
- Ensure all engineering tasks comply with hotel safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in a hotel environment
- Good communication and organization skills for technical reporting
- Team player with a good personality and proactive problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of an engineering team
- Knowledge of health and safety (K3) protocols in a workplace
- Vocational school (SMK) graduate in Engineering, Electricity, or related technical field
