Position: Sales Manager Wedding & Social Event
Responsibilities:
- Drive wedding and social event revenue through proactive sales and networking
- Conduct site inspections and present tailored event proposals to potential clients
- Manage and expand the hotel wedding and social event client portfolio
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all event requirements are clearly documented
- Collaborate with the event operations team to ensure seamless event delivery
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wedding and social event sales within the hotel industry
- Strong networking skills and established relationships with event planners
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication capabilities
- Results driven mindset with a track record of meeting revenue targets
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative flair and passion for the wedding and events industry
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, PR, or Hospitality Management
