Position: Assistant Sales Manager – Jakarta Sales Office
Responsibilities:
- Represent Ibis Bandung Trans Studio in the Jakarta market to drive corporate sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Greater Jakarta area
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular sales calls and visits
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis for the Bandung property management
- Coordinate with the hotel sales team to manage bookings and group inquiries
Qualifications:
- Based in Jakarta with extensive knowledge of the Jakarta corporate market
- Experience in hotel sales, preferably in a regional or cluster sales office
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and business development
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
