Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining
Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily outlet operations and staff
- Maintain consistent service standards and monitor guest dining experiences
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of operating supplies
- Coordinate shift schedules and lead pre-shift briefings for the service team
- Ensure the dining area is set according to resort standards for all meal periods
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a hotel restaurant
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills for team leadership
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and luxury service etiquette
- Excellent problem-solving skills and guest orientation
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- Ability to handle high-pressure service periods efficiently
