Position: Sous Chef (All Day Dining)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary operations for the All Day Dining venue, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage and train the kitchen team in modern cooking techniques while incorporating local Balinese flavors.
  • Oversee food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols to ensure strict compliance with international standards.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal promotion planning.
  • Monitor kitchen costs, inventory levels, and minimize food waste during daily production.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high-volume, luxury hotel restaurant.
  • Expertise in international and local cuisines with a focus on high-quality All Day Dining service.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and kitchen management skills.
  • Deep understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a diverse culinary team.
  • Degree or Professional Certification in Culinary Arts.
  • Creativity and a passion for culinary excellence and brand-aligned presentation.
