Position: Concierge Supervisor (Job ID: 25196899)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the concierge and bell team to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests.
  • Coordinate guest transportation, including the airport shuttle service and private limousine bookings.
  • Provide expert knowledge of local attractions, dining, and transit options to international guests.
  • Manage guest luggage handling and storage procedures with high attention to security.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presence and the ability to handle guest requests with urgency.
  • Proficiency in front office systems and guest relation protocols.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Relevant educational background in hospitality or tourism.
