Position: Duty Manager (Job ID: 25205501)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary management representative during the shift, overseeing all hotel operations.
- Handle complex guest situations and emergencies with professional leadership and tact.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure standards of safety and service are consistently met.
- Support Front Office management in managing room inventory and guest arrival flows.
- Provide detailed shift reports to senior management regarding significant operational incidents.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the Front Office.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and holidays.
- Calm under pressure with a focus on guest-centric solutions.
- Professional presence and commitment to brand standards.
