Position: Duty Manager (Job ID: 25205501)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary management representative during the shift, overseeing all hotel operations.
  • Handle complex guest situations and emergencies with professional leadership and tact.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure standards of safety and service are consistently met.
  • Support Front Office management in managing room inventory and guest arrival flows.
  • Provide detailed shift reports to senior management regarding significant operational incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the Front Office.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and holidays.
  • Calm under pressure with a focus on guest-centric solutions.
