Position: Reservation
Responsibilities:
- Handle individual and group room reservations.
- Process bookings via phone, email, and online channels.
- Ensure accuracy of reservation data in the PMS.
- Assist guests with inquiries and special requests.
- Maximize room occupancy and revenue through upselling.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel reservations.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and English.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work in a team.
