Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of The 18th Restaurant & Lounge to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Drive revenue generation and manage operational costs.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury venue.
- Strong leadership and man-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Guest-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
