Position: Chef de Partie – Club Lounge
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality food for the Club Lounge guests.
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen effectively.
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Supervise commis chefs and trainees.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certificate.
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a luxury hotel.
- Good knowledge of various cooking methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of food safety standards.
- Good English communication skills.
- Guest-focused service attitude.
