Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise room cleaning and public area maintenance
- Conduct pre shift briefings and allocate tasks
- Ensure rooms are ready for arrival according to standard
- Support staff training and development
- Report maintenance issues and monitor follow up
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Senior Attendant or Supervisor
- Strong eye for detail in cleanliness and presentation
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work hard in a physically demanding role
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Clear understanding of 5 star service protocols
- Hospitality vocational background
