Position: Revenue Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies
- Manage hotel pricing and inventory across all channels
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance
- Lead revenue meetings and provide performance forecasts
- Optimize distribution and channel management
Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in revenue management at luxury hotels
- Expert knowledge of CRS, PMS, and revenue tools
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven track record of improving RGI and RevPAR
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Degree in Hospitality, Finance, or related field
- Data driven approach to decision making
