Position: Restaurant Manager (25206558)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high quality guest service
- Lead and train the dining team to maintain Marriott’s service standards
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
- Address guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly
- Control operational costs and manage inventory levels effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in restaurant management and POS systems
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Result oriented and guest focused mindset
