Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar leadership role in a 4/5 star resort
- Strong operational knowledge of restaurant and bar management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue and manage departmental costs
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
- Ability to train and motivate a high-performing service team
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
