Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar leadership role in a 4/5 star resort
  • Strong operational knowledge of restaurant and bar management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and manage departmental costs
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
  • Ability to train and motivate a high-performing service team
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
