Position: Front of House Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior Front Office or Guest Relations leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a high-performing front of house team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on personalized guest service
- In-depth knowledge of hotel property management systems and luxury service protocols
- Ability to handle complex guest interactions with grace and professionalism
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic personality with high attention to detail
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a benefit
