Qualifications:
- Job ID: 26005523
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a 4/5 star luxury hotel or resort
- Strong technical skills in hot kitchen banquet operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a large kitchen brigade during high-pressure events
- Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail
- Strong hospitality and service-oriented attitude
- Professional certification (Sertifikasi Profesi) is highly prioritized
