Qualifications:
- Job ID: 26005521
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a 4/5 star luxury hotel or resort
- Expertise in cold kitchen banquet preparations and Garde Manger
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills for event-based food production
- Knowledge of food safety and luxury presentation standards
- Strong hospitality and service-oriented attitude
- Professional certification (Sertifikasi Profesi) is highly prioritized
