Position: Hygiene Manager
Qualifications:
- Job ID: 26210522
- Extensive experience in food safety and hygiene management in a 5-star hotel
- Certified in HACCP and relevant food safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in conducting audits
- Excellent communication and training skills to educate staff on hygiene protocols
- Ability to manage laboratory testing and vendor sanitation standards
- Have strong hospitality and service attitude
