Qualifications:

- Extensive experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef in a luxury Japanese restaurant
- Strong expertise in sushi, sashimi, and modern Japanese culinary techniques
- Ability to develop innovative menus and maintain high-quality food standards
- Excellent leadership, kitchen management, and cost control skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong hospitality and service attitude
