Position: Sous Chef – Asian (SGS-SOUCHEF-ASIAN)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Have strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in Asian cuisine preparation and authentic flavoring
- Ability to maintain high-quality food standards and kitchen efficiency
- Strong administrative skills for inventory and recipe management
