Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, reflecting Javanese hospitality.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and local culture.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and billing information in hotel systems.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and luggage services to ensure guest comfort.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 (Two) years experience at a 5-star hotel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
- Technology savvy with a high level of administrative accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering a “tentrem” experience to every guest.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
