Position: CDP Hot Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hot kitchen section to maintain quality consistency.
- Prepare and execute hot kitchen dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Manage and train commis chefs to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the proper storage of all food items.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the hot kitchen section.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the same position minimum 1-2 years
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with hygiene, safety and service standards
- Understand about creating menu and food cost
- Detail-oriented with strong technical cooking skills
