Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior F&B management role within international hotel brands
  • Strong leadership character with the ability to manage diverse outlet teams
  • Exceptional financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Deep understanding of F&B trends and guest expectations in the mid-market segment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and service excellence
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental revenue and profit goals
  • Mentor and coach outlet managers and associates to deliver consistent quality service
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards across all outlets
  • Analyze market trends and guest feedback to innovate F&B offerings and promotions
