Position: Assistant Director of Sales

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within 4 or 5 star hotels
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of the Jakarta corporate and MICE market
  • Hospitality background with a result oriented mindset
  • Strong leadership capability to mentor and develop the sales team
  • Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve property budget and revenue targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for diverse market segments
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate accounts and agencies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
  • Oversee the performance of sales managers and provide regular coaching
