Position: Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure property efficiency and safety
- Oversee the maintenance of MEP systems, building structures, and beachfront facilities
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and operational budgets
- Coordinate with other departments for repairs and facility improvements
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and seaside maintenance
- Excellent leadership and administrative skills for engineering management
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on building efficiency and guest safety
- Familiar with local engineering regulations and safety standards
