Position: Concierge Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily concierge operations to ensure seamless guest arrival and departure experiences
- Lead and train the bell and concierge team in delivering personalized guest services
- Coordinate guest transportation, tour bookings, and special requests with precision
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, flight schedules, and hotel facilities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a concierge or front office leadership role within a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of the Tangerang and Jakarta area, including travel logistics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Leadership ability to motivate a team in a high-traffic airport hotel environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to Marriott’s service standards
- Proficient in property management systems and concierge software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
