Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest issues and emergency situations
  • Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure adherence to brand service protocols
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Provide detailed shift reports to management regarding incidents and guest feedback

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star property
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on luxury guest relations
  • Proficient in Marriott’s operational systems and guest service software
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to manage diverse teams
  • Hold a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
