Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest issues and emergency situations
- Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure adherence to brand service protocols
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Provide detailed shift reports to management regarding incidents and guest feedback
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star property
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional demeanor with a focus on luxury guest relations
- Proficient in Marriott’s operational systems and guest service software
- Strong leadership presence and ability to manage diverse teams
- Hold a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
