Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Processing guest check ins and check outs efficiently and warmly
- Providing detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism
- Managing room assignments and maintaining accurate guest records
- Processing payments and managing daily financial transactions at the desk
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 (Two) years experience at 5 star hotel
- A visionary individual who is technologically savvy with excellent office administration skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Familiar with all nature of hotel operations
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Professional appearance and hospitable personality
- Problem solving mindset for guest satisfaction
