Position: Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Ensure tables are set correctly and maintained throughout the service
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server in a resort or fine dining setting
- Friendly and outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail in service and table maintenance
- Basic knowledge of F&B service standards and protocols
- Good command of English to assist international guests
