Position: Asst. Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing resort maintenance and repairs
  • Supervise engineering staff and manage daily work assignments
  • Ensure all resort equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs for villas and public areas
  • Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Engineer or Asst. Chief in luxury resorts
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering
  • Leadership skills to manage a large and diverse maintenance team
  • Commitment to safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities for large-scale projects
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle emergencies
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering or related technical field
