Position: Front Office Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the hotel with refined professionalism
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately using the property management system
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Manage guest accounts, process payments, and ensure billing accuracy
