Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate all activities of the front office department to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage the pre-opening setup of front desk, concierge, and guest service operations.
- Develop and implement front office standards and procedures for guest arrival and departure.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements.
- Prepare departmental budgets and forecast room revenue in coordination with sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a 5-star or luxury resort.
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills to build and inspire a new front office team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for guest relations.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to revenue and service goals.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
