Position: Security Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure hotel safety
- Oversee the implementation of security protocols and procedures
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents or emergencies
- Liaise with local authorities and law enforcement when necessary
- Conduct security training for staff and coordinate shifts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security leadership role
- Memiliki KTA & Garda Pramata (Mandatory)
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Professional, responsible, and integrity driven
- Maximum 45 years of age
- Physically fit and alert
- Mampu bekerja sama dengan team
