Position: Steward Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise stewarding operations and staff performance
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen and dining equipment
- Manage chemical usage, inventory, and supply orders
- Train staff on safety protocols and correct equipment usage
- Coordinate dishwashing activities during high-volume service periods
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of stewarding supervisory experience in hotels
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and chemical safety
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a hardworking team
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Physical stamina and positive, reliable attitude
- Basic communication in English is required
- Commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
