Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or guest service roles in a hotel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with professional appearance
- Strong hospitality and service attitude, guest-oriented and detail focused
- Familiarity with PMS/reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
