Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or guest service roles in a hotel
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with professional appearance
• Strong hospitality and service attitude, guest-oriented and detail focused
• Familiarity with PMS/reservation systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
