Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in front office operations, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel
• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising front desk or guest services teams
• Strong guest service orientation and excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with PMS systems, reservations, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle guest complaints, shift coordination, and ensure service standards
